המינהלה תמנה ועדות מייעצות שימליצו לפניה בענינים או בסוגי ענינים שתקבע; חבר אחד לפחות בכל ועדה יהיה מעובדי משרד החקלאות והוא יהיה יושב ראש הועדה.
