12. מינוי המועצה
(א)השרים ימנו למועצה, בנוסף לחברי המינהלה, נציגים מקרב הציבור, שימונו לאחר התייעצות עם ארגונים של חקלאים שהם לדעת השרים ארגונים יציגים לענין חוק זה ועם מוסדות כלכליים, מדעיים ומקצועיים בתחום החקלאות.
(ב)מספר נציגי הציבור במועצה לא יעלה על חמישה עשר ולא יפחת משנים עשר.
