Section 1 of חוק גני רמת הנדיב, תשי״ח–1958, סמכות לאשר חברת ”גני רמת הנדיב“.
1. סמכות לאשר חברת ”גני רמת הנדיב“
שר המשפטים רשאי לאשר תזכיר התאגדות ותקנות של חברה בשם ”גני רמת הנדיב“ ואשר –
(1)תהיה מיועדת למטרות צדקה כמפורש בתזכירה;
(2)תקבל לבעלותה מאת החברה להתישבות היהודים בארץ־ישראל (מיסודו של אדמונד דה־רוטשילד) מקרקעי ”רמת הנדיב“ הנמצאים באדמות זכרון־יעקב ובנימינה כפי שיתוארו בתזכיר;
(3)תחזיק במקרקעין אלה ותנהלם כגן ציבורי ופארק המוקדש לצמיתות להנצחת זכרו של בנימין דה־רוטשילד ז״ל.
