2. הקמת החברה
משאושרו התזכיר והתקנות –
(1)יפורסמו ברשומות הודעה על האישור (להלן – ההודעה) והתזכיר המאושר;
(2)יועברו לרשם החברות העתק תזכיר ההתאגדות והתקנות כפי שאושרו;
(3)מיום פרסום ההודעה יהיה דין החברה ”גני רמת הנדיב“ (להלן – החברה) לרבות תזכירה ותקנותיה, כדין חברה שנרשמה לפי פקודת החברות וניתן לה רשיון לפי סעיף 23(1) לפקודה.
