7. הודעה על החלטה בערעור
תיקון: תש״ע
מנהל המחוז יודיע בכתב על החלטתו בערר בתוך שלושה ימים מתום הדיון לפני ועדת השימוע למנהל המוסד, לרשות החינוך המקומית, לתלמיד ולהוריו ולמנהל הכללי של משרד החינוך, ההודעה תכלול את תוכן ההחלטה ואת נימוקיה; החלטת מנהל המחוז תחייב את מנהל המוסד ואת רשות החינוך המקומית.
