תיקון: תש״ע
על אף האמור בתקנות 6(ב) ו־7, הוגש ערר על הרחקת תלמיד לצמיתות לאלתר, יקיים מנהל המחוז דיון לפני ועדת השימוע, ויודיע בכתב על החלטתו בערר, כאמור בתקנה 7, בתוך 10 ימים מיום הגשתו.
