56א. שמירת מסמכים
תיקון: תשנ״ח־2
(א)קופת גמל תשמור את המסמכים הנוגעים לעמיתיה כל עוד הם עמיתים בקופה ולמשך תקופה של שבע שנים לאחר שחדלו להיות עמיתים בה.
(ב)קופת גמל תשמור את המסמכים הנוגעים לדרכי השקעת כספי העמיתים לתקופה של שבע שנים מיום מימוש כל השקעה.
