8. סמכות לקחת בהמות וכו׳ באנגריא
תיקון: י״פ תשי״א
הועדה המקומית תוכל להשתמש, לצורך פקודה זו, בכל בהמה, מכשיר, חומר או מרכבה המשמשים בחקלאות, ואם לא הספיקו הבהמות, המכשירים, החמרים או המרכבות המשמשים בחקלאות שאפשר להשיגם לשם ביצוען של הוראות פקודה זו, תוכל הועדה, באישורו של שר החקלאות [במקור: מושל המחוז], ובשלמה בעד הבהמות, המכשירים, החמרים או המרכבות שנלקחו באנגריא באותם השיעורים שיקבעו ע״י שר החקלאות, לתפוש לצרכי פקודה זו, בהמות, מכשירים, חמרים או מרכבות, שאינם משמשים בחקלאות, פרט למכוניות פרטיות.
