פרס בשעור שלא יעלה על שלוש לירות ישולם, עפ״י הכרעת דעתו של פקיד האזור לעניני הארבה, לכל אדם, פרט לפקיד בממשלת ישראל, שימסור ידיעות על מציאות הארבה או ביצי הארבה או לכל אדם המושיט עזרה רבת ערך במלחמה בהשמדת הארבה או ביצי הארבה.
