2. שיעור השתתפות
ההשתתפות לפי סעיף 1 תהיה בחלק יחסי של הוצאותיה השוטפות בשל המוסד של הרשות המקבלת ששיעורו כיחס בין מספר הילדים והנערים שבמוסד, הגרים בתחום שיפוטה של הרשות השולחת, לבין המספר הכולל של הילדים והנערים שבמוסד.
