101. פנייה לממונה או לבית המשפט
פנייה לממונה או לבית המשפט בידי מי שנפגע מפעולת הנאמן כאמור בסעיף 139 לחוק תיעשה כדרך שמגישים בקשה לבית המשפט או לממונה, בתוך 45 ימים מיום שנודע לו על כך.
