105. הודעה ליחיד ולנושים על הגשת הדוח
הועמד הדוח לעיון הנושים במערכת הממונט או במערכת המחשוב של ההוצאה לפועל, ימסור הנאמן העתק מהדוח ליחיד והודעה לנושים, כאמור בסעיף 153(ד) לחוק, בתוך שלושה ימים מיום שהועמד לעיון.
