106א. תגובה להצעת הממונה
תיקון: תשפ״א
היחיד או נושה המעוניין להגיש לבית המשפט תגובה להצעת הממונה לצו לשיקום כלכלי, רשאי להגישה בתוך 30 ימים מהגשת ההצעה בידי הממונה, ובלבד שהתגובה תוגש 7 ימים לפחות לפני מועד הדיון בהצעה; היחיד או הנושה ימציאו העתק מהתגובה לממונה.
