128. הודעה על מימוש הנכס
מומש הנכס בידי נושה מובטח לפי סעיפים 248(א)(2), (ב) או 249 לחוק, יודיע הנושה המובטח לנאמן על יתרת החוב בתוך 15 ימים ממועד המימוש; להודעה יצרף הנושה פירוט על אופן המימוש.
