139. דרכי המצאה מהנאמן לממונה
(א)בקשה, דוח, העתק של כתב בי־דין, הודעה או כל מסמך אחר שמגיש הנאמן לממונה לפי החוק, לפי תקנות אלה או לפי הוראת הממונה, ימציא הנאמן בהמצאה אלקטרונית באמצעות אתר הנאמנים.
(ב)הממונה רשאי להורות לנאמן להמציא לו את המסמכים האמורים בתקנת משנה (א), גם במסירה אישית או בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה או בדרך אחרת שהורה עליה הממונה.
