147. הממונה כצד להליכים
הממונה רשאי לנקוט עמדה בדיון בבית המשפט במסגרת הליכים לפי החוק במתן הודעה בכתב בלי להתייצב בעת הדיון, או בהתייצבות לדיון, אלא אם כן הורה בית המשפט באיזו דרך תוגש עמדתו.
