154. פרסום החלטות הממונה
הממונה יפרסם לציבור החלטות שקיבל בהליכי חדלות פירעון לפי אמות מידה שעליהן יחליט; מנהל מערכת ההוצאה לפועל יפרסם לציבור החלטות שנתנו רשמי ההוצאה לפועל, בהליכי חדלות פירעון, לפי אמות מידה שעליהן יחליט; אמות מידה לפי תקנה זו יפורסמו לציבור באתר האינטרנט של מי שהחליט עליהן.
