158. יום ו׳ כפגרה
במניין ימי תקופה שנקבעה בחיקוק, או שהורה עליה הממונה, יראו את יום ו׳ בשבוע כיום פגרה, אם הוא היום האחרון לפתיחת הליך או לביצועה של פעולה בהליך המתנהל לפני הממונה.
