159יא. החלטה להביא את הסדר החוב לאישור הנושים
תיקון: תשפ״א, תשפ״א־2, תשפ״ב
הורה בית המשפט על הבאת הסדר החוב לאישור בעלי העניין בו, רשאי הוא:
(1)להורות על מועד לכינוס אסיפות סוג לאישור הסדר החוב ועל אופן כינוס האסיפות, וכן על כינוס אסיפות של חברי התאגיד אם התקיימו נסיבות כאמור בסעיף 322 לחוק;
(2)להורות על מועד להבאת הסדר החוב שאישרו בעלי העניין בו לאישור בית המשפט.
