41. סעד זמני בהקפאת הליכים נגד אדם שלישי
תיקון: תשפ״א־3
הורה בית המשפט על הקפאת הליכים נגד אדם שלישי, רשאי הוא לתת סעד זמני הקבוע בפרק ט״ו לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי אם סבר שמתן הסעד הזמני דרוש בנסיבות העניין.
