59ד. משלוח הודעה לנושים
תיקון: תשפ״ב
הנאמן ימציא הודעה על החלטת בית המשפט לכנס אסיפות סוג, 21 ימים לפחות לפני המועד לכינוסן, לנושה שהגיש תביעת חוב או המנוי בבקשת התאגיד לצו לפתיחת הליכים; חלף המועד להגשת תביעות חוב לפי סעיף 210 לחוק, ימציא הנאמן את ההודעה לנושה שהגיש תביעת חוב.
