61. קביעת מועד לדיון בחיסול התאגיד
הורה בית המשפט על פירוקו של התאגיד, יורה באותו מועד על מועד לקיום דיון בחיסול התאגיד בתוך 18 חודשים מהמועד האמור ורשאי הוא להורות על מועד מאוחר יותר מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו.
