63. בקשה להפסקת הפירוק ומעבר להליכי שיקום כלכלי
(א)בבקשה להפסקת הפירוק ומעבר להליכי שיקום כלכלי יפורטו נימוקי הבקשה וכן הפרטים המנויים בתקנה 14.
(ב)מגיש הבקשה ימציא את הבקשה כדרך שממציאים בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים כאמור בסימן ג׳ לפרק ב׳ בחלק ב׳.
(ג)ניתן צו כאמור, ישלח הנאמן הודעה על כך לרשם ערוכה לפי טופס 4 שבתוספת.
