83. חזרה מבקשת נושה לצו לפתיחת הליכים
(א)נושה שהגיש בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים רשאי לחזור בו מבקשתו באישור בית המשפט.
(ב)חזר נושה מבקשתו לצו לפתיחת הליכים, או שזנח את הטיפול בה, רשאי בית המשפט, בכל שלב משלבי הדיון עד מתן הצו לפתיחת הליכים, לפי בקשת נושה הרשאי להגיש בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים, לצוות על חילופי המבקשים ועל המשך הדיון בבקשה בידי המבקש החדש.
