1. חישוב קצבת הזקנה היחסית
קצבת הזקנה היחסית תיקבע כך:
(1)הכנסותיו של המבוטח בשנת כספים פלונית תחולקנה במספר החדשים שבהם הופקה ההכנסה (להלן – ההכנסה החדשית הממוצעת);
(2)מההכנסה החדשית הממוצעת יופחת החלק השנים עשר מהסכום הנקוב בלוח ב׳ לחוק, לפי הענין; היתרה תעוגל בהתאם לאמור בתקנה 4א לתקנות הביטוח הלאומי (גימלאות בביטוח זקנה ושאירים), תשט״ז–1956, והיתרה המעוגלת תנוכה מקצבת הזקנה לפי סעיף 11(א) לחוק.
