תיקון: תשע״ח, תשע״ח־2
החל ביום ט״ו באלול התשע״ז (6 בספטמבר 2017) ניתן להגיש לבית המשפט העליון כתב בי־דין, למעט כתב בי־דין ראשון הפותח את ההליך, בדרך של הגשת כתב בי־דין אלקטרוני לפי פרק ט״ז3 לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, ובלבד שהיקפו הכולל אינו עולה על 70 עמודים.
