תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)הגשה של כתב בי־דין אלקטרוני לבית המשפט העליון, תתאפשר רק לאחר הזדהות של המגיש באמצעות תעודה אלקטרונית להזדהות כאמור בסעיף 4(א) וליעד ההגשה המפורט להלן:
אתר האינטרנט של הרשות השופטת, שכתובתו: www.court.gov.il (תחת לשונית 'מערכת נט המשפט׳) או אתר האינטרנט של בית המשפט העליון, שכתובתו: supreme.court.gov.il (תחת לשונית 'הגשת כתבי בי דין׳); בדרך זו ניתן לצרף קבצים בנפח שלא יעלה על 30 מגה בייט (30MB).
