Section 2 of תקנות הזכות לקבורה אזרחית חלופית (רישוי תאגידים לעניני קבורה וקביעת נוהלי קבורה), התשנ״ט–1998, רשיון תאגיד קבורה.
2. רשיון תאגיד קבורה
(א)תאגיד לעניני קבורה חייב ברשיון תאגיד קבורה מאת השר.
(ב)השר רשאי לסרב לתת רשיון אם לדעתו יהיה זה לטובת הציבור לעשות כן.
(ג)תוקף הרשיון הוא לשנתיים מיום נתינתו.
