5. ביטול רשיון והתלייתו
השר רשאי לבטל רשיון שניתן לתאגיד לעניני קבורה או להתלותו לתקופה שיקבע אם אירע אחד מאלה:
(1)התאגיד הפר תנאי מתנאי הרשיון;
(2)התאגיד הפר תנאי מתנאי ההסכם שבינו לבין המוסד לביטוח לאומי שנערך לפי תקנה 2 לתקנות דמי קבורה;
(3)התאגיד סירב לקבור בבית העלמין האזרחי החלופי אדם שנפטר;
(4)התאגיד אינו מקיים את הוראות תקנה 10(ב) עד (ד).
