2א. נסיבות מיוחדות להכרה בחבר
תיקון: תשל״ה
נהג אדם ונהגו בו כחבר האגודה במשך תקופה סבירה לפי נסיבות הענין, בין לפני תחילתה של תקנה זו ובין לאחריה, יראו אותו כחבר באגודה, אף אם לא נתקיימו בו הוראות תקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב) לתקנה 2, זולת אם נקבעה בתקנות האגודה הוראה מפורשת שאין לראות אדם כאמור כחבר באגודה.
