תיקון: תשל״ה, תשל״ז־2, תש״ם
באגודה שסווגה כמושב עובדים – והיא חברה בברית פיקוח לקואופרציה החקלאית העובדת בע״מ או שקיימת בתקנותיה הוראה בדבר הסתנפותה לברית הפיקוח האמורה – החלטת האסיפה הכללית בדבר קבלת חבר לאגודה דיה שתתקבל ברוב רגיל של כל המצביעים באסיפה, ובלבד שנושא זה נכלל מראש בסדר יומה של האסיפה הכללית והוא צויין בהזמנה לאסיפה.
