16. סדר הדיון
(א)ראש הממשלה יקבע את סדרי הדיון וההצבעה בישיבת הממשלה.
(ב)ביקש שר בעת הישיבה לדחות את הדיון בנושא מסוים, יידחה הדיון למועד אחר שייקבע, זולת אם החליט ראש הממשלה להמשיך בדיון בנושא האמור באותה ישיבה.
