31. ועדות שרים בראשות ראש הממשלה או בהשתתפותו
(א)משמש ראש הממשלה יושב־ראש ועדת שרים, רשאי הוא למנות שר מקרב חברי ועדת השרים שישמש במקומו יושב־ראש ועדת השרים, בין בדרך כלל ובין לישיבה מסוימת.
(ב)ראש הממשלה יישב בראש כל ועדת שרים כל אימת שיראה צורך להשתתף בישיבותיה, אלא אם החליט שלא לשבת בראשה.
(ג)השתתף ראש הממשלה בוועדת שרים והחליט שלא לשבת בראשה, יראו אותו כחבר ועדת השרים באותה ישיבה, אלא אם כן החליט אחרת.
