32. ממלא מקום יושב ראש ועדת שרים
(א)הממשלה רשאית למנות ממלא מקום קבוע ליושב ראש ועדת שרים.
(ב)יושב־ראש ועדת שרים רשאי למנות שר מבין חברי הוועדה כממלא מקומו לישיבה מסוימת או לחלק ממנה.
