84. הצעה לסדר היום של הכנסת
(א)הביאה מזכירות הכנסת לידיעת מזכיר הממשלה דבר קיומה של הצעה רגילה או דחופה לסדר היום של הכנסת, ימציא מזכיר הממשלה את ההצעה האמורה לחוות דעתו של השר הנוגע בדבר.
(ב)קיים ספק מיהו השר שההצעה נוגעת לו – יקבע ראש הממשלה את השר אשר ההצעה תועבר לחוות דעתו. לא קבע ראש הממשלה כאמור, יקבע זאת השר המתאם בין הממשלה לבין הכנסת.
(ג)השר אשר ההצעה לסדר היא בתחום אחריותו ישיב בשם הממשלה, אלא אם קבע ראש הממשלה אחרת.
