85. שאילתות
(א)שר יענה על שאילתות בכנסת בנושאים שבתחומי אחריותו.
(ב)הוגשה לשר שאילתה הנוגעת לתחום אחריותו של שר אחר – יעבירה לשר הנוגע בדבר ויודיע על כך למזכירות הכנסת.
(ג)קיים ספק מיהו השר שהשאילתה נוגעת לתחום אחריותו – יקבע מזכיר הממשלה את השר שישיב לשאילתה.
