5. דרכי קביעתם של השלטים
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)שלט ייקבע למקומו באמצעות חומר או אבזר קשיח המבטיח קביעתו של השלט באופן שאינו ניתן להזזה, להסרה או לתנודה ללא הוצאת החומר או האבזר.
(ב)השלט ייקבע במקום גלוי לעין, שאינו ניתן לכיסוי או להסתרה גם בעת שמתהלכים או נוכחים במקום הציבורי בני אדם.
