6. חובת הארת שלטים
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)במקום ציבורי כאמור בפרט 1 בתוספת לחוק, יותקן השלט עם סידורי הארה חשמלית בו, באופן שמלוא תכנו של השלט יואר כאשר ההארה החשמלית בו נדלקת.
(ב)אור החשמל בשלט ידלוק במשך כל זמן שהמקום הציבורי חשוך בעת שהוא פתוח לציבור או נמצאים בו בני אדם.
