על אף האמור בתקנות אלה, רשאי המנהל לפי בקשת בעל בית האוכל, לפטרו מהוראות תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן, לתקופה שהוא יורה, אם ביום תחילתן כבר התנהל בית האוכל לפי רשיון תקף.
