44. עיבוד מזון
עיבוד מזון –
(א)יבוצע במבנים, אולם תהליכי מיון, שטיפת פירות וירקות ומיצוי שמנים, יכול שיבוצעו מחוץ למבנים;
(ב)יבוצע בציוד נקי;
(ג)לא יהיה מגע בין המזון המעובד לבין מזון גלמי.
