4. ביקורת המיתקן והציוד
מבקש רישיון לרוכלות מזון ממיתקן יביא את המיתקן ואת הציוד אשר בו, לפי דרישת המנהל, ללשכת הבריאות המחוזית או הנפתית או למקום אחר שאישר המנהל לשם ביקורת.
