13. תעודת רישום וכרטיס יועץ
(א)מי שנרשם בפנקס יוצאו לו תעודת רישום וכרטיס יועץ, חתומים ביד הנציב; כרטיס היועץ ישא תמונת בעליו.
(ב)תעודת הרישום תוצג במקום בולט לעין במשרדו של יועץ המס.
