26. תשלום הוצאות לצד שלישי
בקשה מאת הצד השלישי לתשלום דמי החסנה והוצאות אחרות שהוציא בשמירת הנכסים המעוקלים ומסירתם לפקיד הגביה יש להגיש לממונה על הגביה, בצירוף חשבונות וקבלות; הממונה על הגביה ישקול את הבקשה, ואם הוכח להנחת דעתו כי הצד השלישי עמד בהוצאות כאמור עקב צו העיקול ישלם את ההוצאות הסבירות בנסיבות המקרה.
