ההודעה לחייב על כוונת הממונה על הגביה למכור את נכסי המקרקעין שלו וכן בדבר זכותו לברור נכס מקרקעין, מבין שאר נכסיו שיוצאו למכירה, תהא ערוכה לפי טופס 13 שבתוספת.
