5. סיוע להפקת סרט ישראלי
מוסד ציבורי מסייע יבחן את התקיימותם של התנאים להכרה בסרט ישראלי קודם שהוא מאשר לגוף מפיק סיוע להפקת סרט באמצעות כספי תמיכה מתקציב הקולנוע שיועדו להפקת סרטים ישראליים, בהתאם להוראת סעיף 12 לחוק, ולא יסייע באמצעות כספי תמיכה כאמור אלא אם כן נתקיימו בסרט התנאים להכרה בסרט ישראלי במהלך כל שלבי הפקתו, ובעותק הבסיסי.
