נפלה טעות בעת משדר המשודר בשידור ישיר יתנצל בעל הזכיון ויתקן את הטעות ככל האפשר בתוך אותו המשדר; במשדרים אחרים, ישדר בעל זכיון התנצלות ותיקון בהזדמנות המתאימה הראשונה אחרי גילוי הטעות.
