25. שימוש בנתונים והוכחת טענות
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)לא ישדר בעל רישיון תשדיר פרסומת הכולל שימוש בנתונים אלא אם כן הדבר נעשה באופן המובן לצופה ממוצע ובדרך שאין בה הטעיה.
(ב)לא ישדר בעל רישיון תשדיר פרסומת שנטען או נרמז בו, בדרך כלשהי, כי במוצר או בשירות המתפרסם יש תכונה או איכות אשר אינם ניתנים לביסוס.
