2ב. הפעלת שלוחה ניידת
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)בעל בית מרקחת לא יפעיל שלוחה ניידת אלא באישור המנהל; המנהל רשאי לאשר לאדם בקשה להפעלת שלוחה ניידת, אם מצא כי השלוחה מופעלת בידי בית מרקחת שניתן לו רישיון לפי תקנה 2 וכי השלוחה הניידת עומדת בתנאים נאותים המאפשרים אחסון, החזקה, שינוע וניפוק של תכשירים בידי רוקח בהתאם להוראות פקודת הרוקחים.
(ב)בשלוחה הניידת יימצאו המסמכים הנדרשים לפי תקנה 21, למעט פנקס רישום עובדי בית המרקחת.
