4. מבנה בית מרקחת
תיקון: תשנ״א, תשע״ו, תשפ״ה
(א)שטחו של בית מרקחת, למעט השטח המוקצה לשירותים, לא יפחת מ־60 מ״ר ויהיו בו חדר קבלת קהל, מעבדה להכנות רוקחיות או מעבדה למיהול ומזיגה, חדר ייעוץ רוקחי ומחסן.
(ב)המעבדה למיהול ומזיגה תהיה במפלס אחד עם חדר קבלת קהל.
(ג)בנוסף לדלת הכניסה הראשית תהיה גם דלת יציאה החוצה מן המחסן או מן המעבדה.
(ד)(בוטלה).
