5. חדרי בית המרקחת
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)השטח המזערי של חדרי בית מרקחת יהיה:

(ב)לגבי בית מרקחת של בית חולים יקבע הרוקח המחוזי את שטחם המזערי של החדרים, בתנאי שלא יפחת מהאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
